Letter of thanks and recommendation

My name is Liat Mena, and I have been the global recruiting manager at Zend Technologies for the last five years.

Zend Technologies was established in 1999 and has approximately 130 employees, with many branches around the world: in Israel, the United States, and several European countries.

Zend Technologies is an Israeli start-up company, which specializes in Internet infrastructure software and is considered a world leader in the field of PHP technologies.

I have used Niloosoft’s recruitment system for the last five years to assist me in automatically filing CVs and in documenting interview summaries and communications between recruitment managers.
Thanks to this system, I have had the opportunity to manage the recruitment process and hire employees quickly, effectively and easily. The system is user friendly, its automatic filing feature is very accurate, and the documentation of the candidates’ statuses, interview summaries and other relevant information is accomplished simply and quickly.

It should be mentioned that during these five years, the version we had used was upgraded and we were effectively trained by Niloosoft’s support and service team about the features of the new system. The contents of their lessons accurately corresponded to the specific needs of our organization – they were clear and practical for future use.

Therefore, I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to Nimrod Ronen, Lior Ben Dror and Niloosoft’s support and service team for the professional maintenance and operation of their system – all of them had the foresight to truly see the customer’s needs.

I would especially like to applaud their high level of service, knowledge, credibility and patience.
