Manpower has been using Niloosoft’s HunterAI software since the beginning of 2008. All of Manpower’s branches use the system’s automatic resume filing engine and automatic hunters.
The software selection process was conducted with the participation of Manpower’s software personnel and senior employee placement professionals. Prior to selecting the HunterAI system, we carried out a series of intensive testing actions relating to automatically filing applicants’ CVs and quickly locating suitable candidates for relevant positions. The HunterAI system was found to be very efficient. It must be emphasized that Manpower follows the highest standards in employee placement and is recognized as a leader in its field.

In addition, we have completed an integration project with the Niloosoft HunterAI software using Hunter Services and Manpower Fastrack®, a Manpower international recruiting platform. As a result, Manpower personnel can take advantage of all of HunterAI’s automatic CV filing and searching capabilities to find the best suited candidate for the relevant position, while working through our company’s standard Fastrack® systems.
