Wow! This month has been packed with exciting new developments! We’re thrilled to roll out a version update featuring advanced and cutting-edge technologies. Once again, we’ve developed new features that will help our clients enhance their employer branding, reduce work time, and secure the best candidates using the Hunter EDGE recruitment system. Among these are a unique new Hunter JOBS job board feature, job card tags, and another step forward in the biggest development in recruitment systems—AI tools! In this article, we’ll reveal the latest innovations added to the Hunter EDGE recruitment system as part of the April 2024 version update.
1. Adding Tags When Creating a Job!
The tech world is already embracing tags, and we’re bringing this innovation to the recruitment world too. From now on, you can add tags when setting up a job card! These tags, related to the job’s professional content, will help streamline your work in the system. They also make it easier to search for jobs in the system and on the job and career sites that NiloSoft offers as complementary products to the recruitment system.
2. Upgrade and Reorganize the Top Menu in the Hunter EDGE System
Passover is approaching, and just like everyone tidies up their homes, we decided to tidy up and upgrade the top menu in the system too! Under the ‘Organization’ tab, there are three key entities—Employee Card, Unit Card, and Job Card. This restructuring allows for a more organized search and creation of new entities. We’ve improved the display, so now under the ‘Organization’ tab, the three entities are neatly divided, as shown in the following screenshots:

3. Enhanced WORKFLOW [WF] Version with Free Text in Rejection Letters
We’ve upgraded the WF version in the system by adding the ability to insert free text into rejection letter templates. This allows our clients to add custom text that is automatically pulled into the rejection letter template to meet their specific needs.
4. Professional Version Users, We’ve Elevated Your Tech Game!
We’ve added an Employee Model [limited to 400 employees] to the Professional versions of the Hunter EDGE recruitment system. With this model, you can convert a candidate card into an employee card and manage the employee’s lifecycle. This feature provides an all-encompassing solution for any HR and recruitment department, enabling you to manage employee records, document various activities, add files, and generate smart reports on the data.
5. Upload Employee Tables Independently Using Excel Tools!
We’ve integrated Excel tools, allowing you to upload employee tables directly into the Hunter EDGE system. This feature automatically generates employee cards based on fields such as employee name, mobile number, ID number, employee number, status, start date, department, and more.
6. New Product from NilooSoft Arrives in the Hunter EDGE Recruitment System – ‘Hunter Jobs Site’
We’ve heard numerous requests from clients for a one-page job site, and we’re happy to make that happen. Now, there’s a dedicated job page where all your selected job postings can be published with just one click to the Hunter Jobs Site. Yes, this job page allows candidates to view all your open positions! [This product is available in relevant versions].
7. Reapply to Jobs!
We’ve developed a new feature that allows candidates to reapply for the same job. This feature gives the candidate a status of “Reapplied for Job.” It ensures that all history is retained, and recruitment coordinators are notified that the candidate has applied for the same job multiple times, with an automatic alert that saves time. In other words, when a candidate reapplies, the activity is recorded again, and recruiters are alerted to this, without wasting valuable time. This feature isn’t enabled by default for everyone, so you’ll need to request it from support.
8. We’ve Upgraded Our Information Security System – WAF Mechanism
NilooSoft’s recruitment system is the most secure in Israel and the world. To maintain this title, we must continue meeting the latest information security standards in the ever-evolving technological recruitment world. We’ve added a WAF mechanism, providing an additional layer of protection in the Hunter EDGE recruitment system.
