In this article, we’ll unveil the latest updates and enhancements added this month to the Hunter EDGE recruitment system.
1. Report Update: Candidate Report and Job Assignments
We’ve updated and improved the performance of this report. It now allows you to conveniently view which candidates are associated with each job and their status in the recruitment process.
2. Introduction of Two New Data-Warehouse Reports
We’ve added new reports! The first is a Recruitment Sources Report, which enables you to track supplier management within the system. You can analyze the number of candidates received from each supplier, how many were accepted through each source, and more! This helps optimize the recruitment process and evaluate the effectiveness of your recruitment sources. The second report is the Job Analysis Report, which provides a structured overview of the number of candidates at each stage of the recruitment process. It allows you to monitor candidates using a recruitment funnel for each job.
3. LinkedIn Plugin Update
We’ve enhanced our LinkedIn profile extraction feature. With this update, you can now pull LinkedIn profiles directly into our recruitment system more efficiently. The system creates a candidate card in just one click!
4. New Feature! Sending Templates to Candidates via WhatsApp
Continuous communication with candidates is one of the key factors that influence the success of the recruitment process. We’ve decided to enhance the communication channels in our recruitment system by adding the option for the recruitment team to send templates via WhatsApp! Examples include rejection letters, acceptance letters,interview invitations, and more.
5. Workflow [WF] Version Update – Candidate Rejection Feature for Hiring Managers
Our advanced recruitment system allows you to predefine a Workflow process, designed for automating recruitment stages for a group of jobs or specific roles.
With Workflow, we create automation for the recruitment process, setting the sequence of steps for each job, generating ongoing tasks, and assigning each stage to a responsible party, such as a recruiter, hiring manager, or a professional manager. This advanced automation saves the recruitment team a significant amount of time in managing daily tasks! As part of the latest update, we’ve added a feature allowing hiring managers to reject candidates if they are not a good fit. The reason for rejection is directly synced with the recruitment team’s system, ensuring full coordination between the recruitment team and hiring managers.
